Shiloh Music Academy Faculty

SMA is committed to hiring the highest quality instructors available.

Doug Craven earned a bachelor's degree in music from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and is a doctoral student at the Ohio State University. He has experience with both private and class instruction.

Ken and Jenny Miller oversee and coordinate the academy. Ken has a bachelor's degree in music education from OSU and currently is a music instructor at Rosedale Bible College. Jenny holds a degree in Behavioral Science from Cedarville University. She teaches private piano lessons and is a part-time music teacher at Shekinah Christian School.

Mary Farrington holds a master's degree from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and has played viola for the Columbus Symphony for the past 25 years. She also has many years' experience as a private instructor.

Pablo Kauffman, pastor of Shiloh Mennonite Church, has a degree in music education from Cedarville University. Pablo has taught elementary and high school music and has been active in directing community and church choirs.
